States With Stop And Identify statues
"Something that more people need to know: Unless you live in a state that has a "Stop and Identify" statute on their laws you are not required to produce an ID to a police officer unless they have reasonable suspicion you are in the process of committing an illegal activity.
Here are the states where police CAN (colored red) demand an ID from you with no probable cause whatsoever."
